عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ:
“مَنْ أَقَالَ مُسْلِمًا أَقَالَهُ اللَّهُ عَثْرَتَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ”

1. Conditions for Return

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery, provided that:

• The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original premium packaging.
• The product was damaged during transit, or you received the incorrect item.
• Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety standards for personal care and herbal items, opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. How the Refund Process Works

• Once your returned parcel is safely received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed immediately.
• The refunded amount will be transferred directly to your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Account within 3 to 5 working days.

3. Shipping & Delivery Charges

• If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged product or wrong item delivered), Gul Flora will cover all return shipping costs.
• If you wish to return or exchange a product without any inherent defect (change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
